Dongxu gives an oral presentation at LRUA

Dongxu’s abstract on using PacBio Iso-seq data to gain new insights into transcriptional dysregulation in FSHD (Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy), was selected for an oral presentation at LRUA. LRUA (Long-read sequencing Uppsala) is the first edition of a very nice meeting focused on the recent developments in long-read sequencing.
